Today we went abeiling and it was really terrifying. It was one of the worst things that I had ever done but I really enjoyed it though. We also went climbing on the climbing wall and in the quarry. We had to abseil down the massive mountain. We also went kayaking and it was really exhausting. For dinner tonight we had chicken curry, it was ok. We are now getting ready for our night activity.
See you soon
Today group 4 went gorge walking in the morning and caving in the afternoon. Gorge walking was quite a challenge and harder than what I had expected. I went through a small opening under a very fast waterfall and I felt really happy that I had never gave up, even though I had wanted to! I have discovered I don’t like small spaces and have decided to never cave ever again.

We are just about to get the children up and ready for breakfast. Very busy day ahead so hopefully everyone will eat their porridge, scrambled eggs, bacon and toast.
The children will write some posts later at diary time and hopefully photos to follow later.
Dinner last night was fish, chips and peas. Some children had to be persuaded to eat all their peas! Fruit and yoghurt followed.
After dinner we filled in our diaries and then got suited up in our waterproofs for the night walk.
It was a very dark wet night as we walked into the local forest. Guided by a rope we climbed up and down, through, under and over lots and lots of branches, logs and mud. Great fun had by all.
Late night to bed but everyone fell asleep quickly.
